Sunpal Multiwall Polycarbonate Range Specifications

Sunpal is available in a wide range of colours and thicknesses – see the brochure for all the product details.  Please contact us regarding stocked items (not all items listed in the brochure are stocked in Australia) and lead times.

System

Sunpal Multiwall Polycarbonate panels use a standing seam and ‘T’ fastener system to give a very robust watertight finish. SUNPAL is available in a range of thicknesses.

The panels join together with with polycarbonate or aluminium joiners.  Aluminium joiner can be used to increase the spanning distances to suit your structure. T-Fasteners fix the entire system to the structure, allowing the panels to be clamped in place, without any point fastener penetration through the panels.  Aluminium End Caps or F-Sections can be used to seal the upper and lower ends of the panels. Aluminium F-Sections or Barge clips finish off side edges of the plane, creating a fully framed installation.
